C'est avec grand honneur et surtout anticipation que je participe pour une 2e année au 24hTremblant qui a été créé pour aider les enfants malades, défavorisés ou ayant des besoins spéciaux.

Sur la photo, vous me voyez après mon 3e tour de 5km de course au milieu de la nuit, le visage couvert de glace. C'est un défi mais rien comparé à ce que peuvent vivent certaines familles.

Les fonds amassés au cours des 24h de Tremblant sont reversés à trois fondations :

- La Fondation Charles-Bruneau, qui vient en aide aux enfants atteints de cancer;

- La Fondation des Sénateurs d'Ottawa, qui recueille des dons pour divers organismes de bienfaisance de la région d'Ottawa;

- La Fondation Tremblant, qui vient en aide aux enfants dans le besoin dans la région de Mont-Tremblant.

Directement ou indirectement, nous sommes tous touchés par le sort des enfants. C'est tellement satisfaisant et inspirant de savoir que nos efforts se traduisent par de réels changements dans leur vie. Rien de tout cela n'aurait été possible sans la gentillesse de milliers de donateurs. Et c'est pourquoi je vous demande votre soutien, et en faisant appel à votre générosité, pour donner à cette noble cause.

It is with great honour and above all anticipation that I am participating for a 2nd year at 24hTremblant, which was created to help sick, underprivileged or children with special needs. 

In the picture, you see me after my third 5km run in the middle of the night, with my face covered in ice. It's a challenge but nothing compared to what some families go through.

The funds raised during the 24 hours of Tremblant are donated to three foundations: 

- The Charles Bruneau Foundation, which helps children with cancer; 

- The Ottawa Senators Foundation, which collects donations for various charities in the Ottawa area; 

- The Tremblant Foundation, which helps children in need in the Mont-Tremblant region. 

Directly or indirectly, we are all affected by the plight of children. It is so satisfying and inspiring to know that our efforts are making a real difference in their lives. None of this would have been possible without the kindness of thousands of donors. And that is why I ask for your support, and by appealing to your generosity, to give to this noble cause.
