This year, the 24h Tremblant will be more flexible than ever! Having a hard time gathering enough participants for the On-site Challenge?

Register as a combination team!

What is the Combination Challenge?

It's the opportunity for the same team to take up the 24h Tremblant sports challenge both on site, at Mont Tremblant Resort, and remotely. As we constantly need to adapt and be flexible, the 24h Tremblant's organization wishes to offer teams the possibility of choosing a challenge that allows to bring together both participants for a discipline on-site and participants who do the challenge in their own way from the location they choose. Like the other challenges, the combination teams will have to be formed of 6 to 12 participants, with a minimum of 6 participants registered in one of the 24h disciplines on site (ski, walk, run or hybrid).

Example of the registration process for the Combination Challenge:

Karine, captain of Skieuses Éclairs, found six skiers eager to come to Tremblant and four others who were hesitant to make the move. Since all of them still wanted to participate, the Combination Challenge was the alternative solution. First, Karine must create an "On-site Ski" team . Then, from her captain's profile, she will be able to create a second team, this time by selecting "Remote Skiing",* thus forming the combined team. When inviting her teammates, Karine must ensure that the six skiers who will be at Tremblant receive the "On-site Skiing" invitation and the four other participants receive the "Remote Skiing" invitation.  This way, each skier will pay the price associated with her participation category.

*Although the process requires the creation of a remote ski team (in the example shown), remote participants are not required to ski and will be able to choose the sport of their choice.

Why the 24h?

Participating in the 24h Combination Challenge is an opportunity to relive the excitement of the event's host site while bringing together participants from across the province, the country and the world! Get involved in this unique solidarity movement that raises millions of dollars for the great cause of children who need your help more than ever.

You can change your registration at any time up to the day of the event. In this case, the difference between tariffs will be refunded. To do so, the team captain must contact : info@24htremblant.com

How to Participate?

équipe

STEP 1: Signing up a Combination Team

Each team must designate a captain who will be responsible for creating a combined team on the Participating Platform. First, the captain must create a first team on site. Once this team is created, the captain will have to create a second team by choosing the same discipline, but remotely. Thus, his combined team will be composed of on-site and remote participants. The two teams will then be "combined" into one team. A complete combined team is composed of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 participants, including at least 6 on-site participants.

*Captains may create a team even if they have not recruited their participants yet.

STEP 2: Invitation and Confirmation of the Participants

Once the combined team is created, the captain will be able to invite the different participants to join the team from his or her user account. Since registration fees vary depending on the type of participation (on-site or remote), the captain must make sure to send the invitation corresponding to the challenge chosen by the participant. Participants will then receive an email inviting them to create their own account and join the team previously chosen by the captain.

STEP 3: Fundraising Campaign

Once registered and confirmed, participants can begin collecting donations* and preparing for the 24h. Each participant commits to raising a minimum of $300.
