CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registration cancellation and refund
Registration may be cancelled and will be fully refunded up to November 15, 2021. No refunds will be issued from November 16 onward except in exceptional circumstances.
Change of category
Changes to your registration category will be possible up to November 16, 2021. In the event of a change of category from “On site” to “Remote”, the price difference can be reimbursed or even applied as a donation on the participant’s profile.

Cancellation of the onsite event
In the event that the 24h cannot be held “live” in Tremblant, participants registered in any of the onsite categories will have 30 days to choose one of the following options:
- Transfer their registration to the “Remote” category
- Obtain a full refund of the registration fee
- Defer registration to the 2022 edition
- Donate registration fee to Fondation 24h in support of children’s causes
Donations are not refundable
Registration end date
Registration closes on November 26, 2021 or when the maximum number of teams has been reached. No changes will be permitted after that date.
