I'm proud to captain a team raising money for CHEO because this hospital holds a deeply personal place in my heart.

As a father, I want to know that every child in our community has access to world-class care when they need it most. CHEO is that place. It's the best children's hospital in the country, and supporting it means investing in the health and futures of kids across the region.

But my connection goes beyond that. My brother was diagnosed with mastocytosis, a rare and complex condition that required specialized expertise. CHEO was there for him. Their team made sure he was properly cared for and stayed healthy through it all. I saw firsthand what their dedication means to a family navigating something scary and uncertain.

This is my first year participating in 24h Tremblant, but it's not my first time fundraising for CHEO. This also marks my 4th year taking part in Extra Life, the 24-hour video game livestream marathon that raises funds for children's hospitals. Supporting CHEO has become a tradition I'm proud of, and captaining a team for 24h Tremblant felt like the natural next step.
