My brother Mike passed away suddenly in January 2023. Mike was an accomplished mountain biker who competed in multiple 24hr endurance races - both as part of a team and even as a solo rider. I travelled with him and competed with my own team a few years, but I'll be honest, this temple has always been better suited to racing down a hill. 

Skiing has always been a passion of mine. December 10th would have been Mike's 51st birthday. What better way to pay tribute to Mike than to spend 24hrs competing in a race with my closest friends doing what I love most while raising money for charity? I know I have an angel on my shoulder who needs to get out for an adventure.
