The organization of the Tremblant’s 24h follows closely the current situation and is committed to comply with the sanitary measures issued by the government of Quebec and the Institut national de santé publique du Québec (INSPQ) during the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

The safety of our participants, volunteers, festivalgoers and members of our team is always a priority. With that in mind, Tremblant’s 24h continues to reinvent itself by launching 3 new ways of participation:

If I am already registered in one of the three categories and that I wish to change for a different one, how does it work?

For any questions and inquiries regarding you registration status, please contact the organization at info@24htremblant.com .

Is the 2020 edition confirmed?

Yes, the 2020 edition is confirmed and will take place December 4-5-6.
The holding of the event is conditional on government directives permitting it and on the Tremblant Resort being operational.

What is the deadline for registrations?

Teams and participants may register until November 22, 2020.

Can I get a refund if the event is cancelled?

Yes, a full refund will be granted if the event is cancelled due to the pandemic

Can I get a refund if I’m unable to participate?

Yes, you may ask for a full refund at any time until November 22, 2020, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

If the event is cancelled, what will happen to the donations I collected?

All funds raised will go directly to the 24h beneficiary foundations.

Can I book my hotel accommodations now?

Yes, you can. Our hotel partners are currently up and running, ready for to take your bookings.

Will there be a refund policy for hotel accommodations if the event is cancelled?

Each hotel operator has its own cancellation policy. Please inquire about it upon booking your accommodation.

Has Tremblant Resort established any health measures?

The resort has put health measures in place during the summer 2020 season and is now getting ready for the winter 2020 season by following the guidelines issued by the Public Health and the Quebec’s ski resort association’s policy (ASSQ).

Nonetheless, knowing that the rules and directives issues by the province’s top public health agency are constantly evolving, we suggest you check Tremblant’s health measures page regularly for the latest updates.

Have changes been made to the weekend’s scheduled activities?

For now, all gatherings are on hold, including the Friday night party and the participants’ breakfast. Our priority is still being able to hold the team sporting challenges whilst maintaining physical distancing on the slopes and courses as well as in the transition zones.

General directives:

  • Be assured that all information collected is kept confidential.
  • Participants must comply with all health and social distancing measures in force at that time.
  • You can expect the most up-to-date directives a few days before the event.
  • Tremblant’s 24h organizers are committed to implementing all prevailing health and social distancing measures. It is the participant’s responsibility to abide by these measures. We ask for your full cooperation so that we can ensure a safe and healthy event for everyone.

The event will definitely be different this year, but the goal remains the same: to hold a fun, festive and meaningful event.
