The beneficiary foundations

Tremblant's 24h of skiing supports 4 foundations that focus on enriching the lives of children and their families. By donating to the 24h of skiing, you are supporting its beneficiary foundations that focus on research, programs and treatment for children that are sick, injured or in need, particularly in the fields of treatment and research of pediatric oncology.  The fundraising profits are donated to the Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau, the Ottawa Senators Foundation, the Fondation Martin-Matte and the Tremblant Foundation.The beneficiaries of the 24h make great progress, thanks to your generosity and support.

The Tremblant 24h Foundation

The mission of the Tremblant 24h Foundation is to organize large-scale sporting events that raise funds for the benefit of children. The overall goal is the collect over $1M per year to be donated to non-profit organizations, that support sick and underprivileged children. Over the past 5 years, the foundation has contributed over $ 5 M to the beneficiaries of the 24h of skiing.

Fondation Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau

For 20 years, the mission of the Centre de cancérologie Charles-Bruneau is to give children with cancer the best chances of recovery by financing research and supporting the development of projects dedicated to pediatric oncology. « We wish to thank all the participants, partners and event volunteers who have helped distribute over $3.7M to the Foundation over the past seven years. »

The Ottawa Senators Foundation

Established in 1998, the Ottawa Senators Foundation supports programs designed to improve the quality of life for underprivileged children and youth. The Sens Foundation utilizes the unique resources of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club to make a positive and lasting difference in the lives of children and youth in the eastern Ontario and western Quebec. Aswell as being a beneficiary since 2006, the Foundation also takes part in the event with Team Phillips.

Fondation Martin-Matte

For this 11th edition, the organising committee is pleased to announce that Fondation Martin-Matte is to become the newest recipient of the 24h of skiing. Mainly active to help head trauma victims, it’s mission meets that of the 24h Tremblant Foundation since both are staunch advocates of sport safety and the use of a helmet on the slopes.

Tremblant Foundation

Since 2011, the Tremblant Foundation has been a beneficiary, whose objective is to help underprivileged children in the Laurentians to attain a better quality of life & develop their full potential in sporting, educational, artistic & cultural activities. The Foundation distributes the funds raised to a range of regional organizations, including the Rotary Club (for breakfast & lunchbox programs for schoolchildren), organizations battling drug use among youths, & the local Samaritans that provide clothing, furniture & food to families.
